To ensure the utmost freshness and quality, each order is thoughtfully prepared by our team in Japan. Please allow 5–24 business days for careful packaging and dispatch.

We ship all orders directly from Japan using trusted global carriers to ensure a reliable and secure delivery experience.

  • Standard Delivery:
    Japan Post Airmail
    Estimated delivery: 8–24 business days

  • Express Delivery (select countries):
    Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service)
    Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or seasonal fluctuations.

💰 Shipping Rates

We offer transparent and fair shipping fees:

  • Flat rate: $12 USD

  • Free shipping on all orders over $140 USD

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your parcel using our Order Tracking Page, or via your local postal service once it arrives in your country.

Tracking visibility may become limited once your parcel leaves Japan Post’s system and moves into the receiving country’s network. Some countries—such as Canada, Australia, Norway, the Philippines, Brunei, and Portugal—may not support full tracking updates after handover.

Additionally, delays in tracking updates can occur during handover, especially when EMS passes from Japan Post to the destination country's postal service.

🧾 Customs & Import Duties

Orders are shipped from Japan and may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your parcel reaches your country, it will be transferred to a local delivery partner who may contact you regarding tax payments or delivery arrangements.

  • If delivery is attempted during your absence, or customs documentation is required, your local postal service may leave a notice or reach out by phone.

  • Packages are typically held for a limited period. Failure to retrieve the package within this timeframe may result in it being returned or discarded. We are unable to offer refunds in such cases.
